Webhooks
Send data from any tool into Management OS.
If a tool you use can send a notification when something happens (a call ends, a contract gets signed, a payment comes in), it can feed Management OS directly. Pick your tool below for a step-by-step setup guide. Each takes about five minutes.
How it works, in plain English
- You generate a secret key inside Management OS (under Settings → Webhooks).
- You paste that key into the other tool's settings page, wherever it asks for a webhook URL.
- The other tool starts sending updates to Management OS automatically. You see them show up in your Brief, the AMA, and your Account Plans.
That's it. No code to write, no Management OS engineer involved.
Pick your tool
Each guide below is written for the operator using that specific tool — no developer help needed (unless you choose the Custom code path).
Kixie →
Sales dialer. Send call outcomes, SMS events, and dispositions into your Weekly Brief.
BoldSign →
E-signatures. Get notified the moment a contract is signed and surface it in the right account.
Stripe →
Payments. Closed-won, renewals, churn — feed every revenue event into the Weekly Brief.
Zapier →
Bridge from 5,000+ apps. If Zapier supports it, you can wire it to Management OS in minutes.
Make.com →
Visual automation. Build a scenario that pushes data into Management OS without writing code.
n8n →
Self-hosted automation. Configure an HTTP node that POSTs data into Management OS.
Custom code →
Developers. Use any language that can make an HTTPS POST. Sample code and full schema.
Don't see your tool?
Most modern tools support webhooks even if we haven't written a specific guide. Email support@mgmt-os.ai and we'll either point you at the right setting in your tool or write the guide together.
If your tool can't send webhooks directly, you can almost always bridge it through Zapier or Make.com — the guides for those two cover 5,000+ apps between them.
What it costs
Webhooks are included with your Management OS subscription. No additional fees from us per event received.
Your other tool may or may not charge for sending webhooks. Most don't — Kixie, BoldSign, Stripe, and most native webhook senders are free. Zapier and Make.com charge by their own "task" or "operation" pricing.
Security and privacy
Your secret key is the only thing that lets a tool write to your Management OS workspace. Treat it like a password.
If you ever think a key was leaked or shared with the wrong person, you can revoke it in Settings → Webhooks. The old key stops working immediately and a new one takes its place.
Your webhook data lives in the same encrypted database as the rest of your Management OS data. No other Management OS customer can ever see it. Full details on our Privacy Policy page.
