Connect BoldSign to Management OS.

1. Sign in to Management OS at app.mgmt-os.ai
2. Open Settings → Webhooks
3. Click New webhook key, label it "BoldSign", click Create
4. Copy the URL that appears

1. Sign in to BoldSign at app.boldsign.com
2. Click your avatar (top right) → API
3. Open the Webhooks tab
4. Click Create Webhook

1. Endpoint URL: paste your Management OS webhook URL
2. Events to subscribe: check at least these three boxes:
   • Document Signed
   • Document Completed
   • Document Declined
3. Status: set to Active
4. Click Save

BoldSign sends a fixed JSON payload — you don't need to map fields manually. Management OS reads the document ID, the signer's email, and the document title automatically.

1. In BoldSign, send a test document to your own email address
2. Open the email and sign the document
3. Wait 30 seconds, then open Management OS → Ask Anything
4. Ask: "What documents got signed today in BoldSign?"
5. The test document should appear in the response

• Weekly Brief — recent signatures count toward the Develop Your Business pillar (deal-closure velocity)
• Account Plans — signed contracts on a customer's account get linked automatically when the signer's email matches a CRM contact
• Ask Anything — examples: "Which contracts are pending signature longer than 7 days?", "Show me everything signed for Acme this quarter"

Webhook shows "failed" in BoldSign: BoldSign retries failed webhooks automatically. If it keeps failing, the URL you pasted is probably wrong — double-check for missing characters.

Documents not linking to accounts: The signer's email must match a contact already in your CRM. If it doesn't match, the event still gets stored but shows in Ask Anything only — not in a specific Account Plan.
