Connect Stripe to Management OS.
About five minutes. Stripe sends Management OS the revenue events that matter — successful payments, new subscriptions, churn — and they show up in your brief automatically.
Step 1 — Get your Management OS webhook URL
- Sign in to Management OS → Settings → Webhooks
- Click New webhook key, label it "Stripe", click Create
- Copy the URL that appears
Step 2 — Add the endpoint in Stripe
- Sign in to dashboard.stripe.com
- In the left sidebar, click Developers
- Click the Webhooks tab
- Click + Add endpoint
Step 3 — Configure the endpoint
- Endpoint URL: paste your Management OS webhook URL
- Description: "Management OS revenue signals"
- Events to send: click Select events and pick at minimum:
payment_intent.succeeded— for one-time paymentscustomer.subscription.created— for new subscriberscustomer.subscription.deleted— for churninvoice.paid— for recurring renewals
- Click Add endpoint
Stripe sends its standard JSON envelope. Management OS reads the relevant customer, amount, and timing from each event automatically — no field mapping needed.
Step 4 — Test it
- Back on the Stripe webhook endpoint detail page, click the Send test webhook button (top right)
- Pick payment_intent.succeeded and click Send test event
- Wait 30 seconds and open Management OS → Ask Anything
- Ask: "Any Stripe payment events today?"
- The test event should appear
Where you'll see Stripe activity
- Weekly Brief — closed-won and renewal events feed the Develop Your Business pillar (revenue cadence, NRR, MRR trends)
- Account Plans — each payment / subscription event is matched to the corresponding customer account automatically
- Ask Anything — example: "Which accounts churned this quarter?"
Troubleshooting
Stripe shows endpoint as failing: On the webhook detail page in Stripe, you can see the most recent attempts and the responses. If you see anything other than 200 OK, screenshot it and email support@mgmt-os.ai.
Test mode vs Live mode: Stripe has separate webhook endpoints for test and live data. Make sure you added Management OS to the mode you want — most customers want Live.
