Connect Kixie to Management OS.

About five minutes. No developer help needed. You'll do all the setup inside Kixie's own admin pages plus a quick step in Management OS Settings.

Step 1 — Get your Management OS webhook URL

  1. Sign in to Management OS at app.mgmt-os.ai
  2. Open Settings → Webhooks
  3. Click New webhook key, label it "Kixie", and click Create
  4. A URL will appear, starting with https://app.mgmt-os.ai/api/webhooks/inbound/wht_.... Click the copy button.

Keep this URL safe — it's what tells Kixie where to send your data, and anyone who has it can send data to your workspace.

Step 2 — Open Kixie's webhook settings

  1. Sign in to Kixie at app.kixie.com
  2. Click Admin in the top menu
  3. Open Integrations → Webhooks in the left sidebar
  4. Click Add Webhook

Step 3 — Configure the webhook

  1. Paste your Management OS URL into Kixie's Webhook URL field
  2. Pick which events to send. Recommended:
    • Call Completed
    • SMS Sent
    • SMS Received
    • Disposition Logged
  3. In the payload mapping, set these fields (Kixie's admin has dropdown selectors for each):
    • source → type the literal text kixie
    • event_type → map to Kixie's event name (e.g. "call.completed")
    • external_id → map to Kixie's call ID or SMS ID
    • subject_email → map to the contact's email
    • subject_account → map to the company / account name
    • summary → map to a short description (Kixie usually has a "Disposition Notes" field that works well)
  4. Click Save

Step 4 — Test it

  1. In Kixie, make a quick test call to any number (your own cell works fine)
  2. End the call and log a disposition
  3. Wait 30 seconds, then open Management OS → Ask Anything
  4. Ask: "What Kixie calls did I have today?"
  5. You should see your test call in the response

If you don't see it, give it another minute (occasionally the first event takes a little longer to surface) and check the troubleshooting section below.

Where you'll see Kixie activity in Management OS

  • Weekly Brief — rep call volume, disposition trends, and account-level call cadence roll into the Develop Your Team pillar
  • Account Plans — call activity on a deal updates the engagement-cadence read on that account
  • Ask Anything — query in plain English: "Which accounts haven't had a Kixie call in 14 days?"

Troubleshooting

No events appearing: Double-check the URL you pasted into Kixie matches exactly the one Management OS gave you. One missing character will block everything.

Events appearing without account context: Make sure you mapped subject_email and subject_account in Step 3. Without those, the event still lands but doesn't auto-link to a specific account.

Still stuck: Email support@mgmt-os.ai with a screenshot of your Kixie webhook settings.
