Webhooks · Make.com
Connect Make.com to Management OS.
About ten minutes. Make.com (formerly Integromat) is the visual automation tool that competes with Zapier. If your team already uses Make, this is the lightest path to bridging any of its 1,000+ apps into Management OS.
Step 1 — Get your Management OS webhook URL
- Sign in to Management OS → Settings → Webhooks
- Click New webhook key, label it with the source app (e.g. "Make — Intercom tickets"), click Create
- Copy the URL
Step 2 — Create a new scenario in Make
- Sign in to make.com
- Click Scenarios in the left nav, then Create a new scenario
- Click the large + circle and pick your trigger app (HubSpot, Intercom, Calendly, etc.)
- Configure the trigger as Make prompts you and run a test to make sure data flows in
Step 3 — Add an HTTP module pointing at Management OS
- After your trigger module, click the small + that appears on its right edge to add a next step
- Search for and pick HTTP (it's a built-in Make module)
- Choose Make a request from the action list
Step 4 — Configure the HTTP request
- URL: paste your Management OS webhook URL
- Method: POST
- Headers: add one row:
- Name:
Content-Type - Value:
application/json
- Name:
- Body type: Raw
- Content type: JSON (application/json)
- Request content: paste this template and replace each {value} with a Make data-picker token from your trigger module:
{ "source": "intercom", "event_type": "ticket.resolved", "external_id": "{Ticket ID from trigger}", "subject_email": "{Contact Email from trigger}", "subject_account": "{Company Name from trigger}", "summary": "{Short description from trigger}" } - Click OK to save the module
Step 5 — Test and activate
- Click Run once (bottom left of the Make canvas)
- Trigger an event in your source app (or use Make's test data if available)
- Click the HTTP module after it runs — you should see
Status: 200and a response body containing"status": "stored" - If success, click the on/off toggle next to Run once to activate the scenario
Troubleshooting
401 invalid_token: Re-copy the webhook URL from Management OS Settings — likely a copy-paste error.
Make ops usage: Each run of your scenario uses one Make operation. Filter upstream (Make has a Filter step) to avoid sending events you don't care about.
