Voice, wherever the day takes you

Talk it through anywhere. Walk in ready.

In the car, at the gym, on the train or between meetings, call up Management OS on WhatsApp or send it a voice note. Talk through Thursday's board meeting, the conversation you've been putting off, the hire you can't afford to get wrong or the white space in your biggest account. It answers from your CRM and the rest of your stack, then tells you what to do next and what to avoid.

Card required. Cancel before day 30 and pay nothing.

Every package includes voice, with no add-on and no per-minute charges. Hear it work first.

Away from your desk

Anytime, anywhere: on your phone, your laptop or the app.

In the car

Windshield time is prep time. Call it and talk the meeting through before you park.

At the gym

Send a voice note between sets. It replies the same way, in the Management OS voice.

On the train

Send a voice note and read the reply. Long answers arrive as text too, with figures you can copy.

Between meetings

Ten minutes in a lobby is enough to walk in prepared.

After hours

Get the 9 p.m. worry out of your head and into a plan for the morning.

At your desk

Tap the mic in Ask Management OS and hear the answer read back.

DevicesCall from WhatsApp on your iPhone or Android phone. Send voice notes from any device that runs WhatsApp, laptop and tablet included. In the app, talk to it in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.

Hear it work

More than the numbers.

Every answer starts from your data and ends with what to do about it: what to say first, who to reach next, what to stop. Pick a moment.

Prep the board ask

Management OSGood morning, Dana, it's Management OS. How may I help you today?
DanaBoard's Thursday and I'm asking for two more reps. Where will they push back?
Management OSScanning the pipeline.checkingYou're at four point one million weighted against a five million plan, and most of the gap sits in two deals. They'll ask how two more reps fix a two-deal problem. Want the way through?
DanaGo.
Management OSAsk for one rep now and the second when the first one ramps. Put the decision in your first two minutes. And reach every director before Thursday, so nobody hears about Brightwater for the first time in the room. Want the outline by text?
DanaPlease.

Walk into a client meeting prepared

Dana, voice note0:04Walking into Halvorsen in ten minutes. What do I need to know?
Management OS, voice note0:17One open deal, two hundred eighty thousand, stuck in proposal for five weeks. Renee in procurement is your only contact, and their new CFO hasn't met anyone from your team. Skip the pitch today. Find out what the CFO needs to see.
On the trainWednesday, 8:15 a.m.WhatsApp voice notes

Find who else to engage

Dana, voice note0:04Halvorsen is all procurement. Who else should we be talking to?
Management OS, voice note0:16Three people who aren't in your CRM yet: a VP of Operations, the CFO and a director of fleet maintenance. Start with the VP of Operations, because he owns the cost you cut. Ask Renee for the introduction so she stays your champion.

Test whether the plan is a strategy

DanaHere's next year's plan: grow forty percent, move upmarket, launch a partner channel. Is that a strategy?
Management OSThose are three goals. A strategy names what's in the way and how you'll get past it. In your data, deals that run past ninety days close at half the rate of the rest, and upmarket deals run longer. Solve cycle time first.
DanaSo what waits?
Management OSThe partner channel. For the next thirty days, hold every deal to one standard before it leaves stage two: a named person who signs, a cost they've put a number on and a next step they own. Check the next twenty deals against it.

Coach a rep through a slipping deal

Dana, voice note0:06One-on-one with Marcus at nine. Brightwater has slipped twice. Should I take the deal over?
Management OS, voice note0:17No. Coach him through it. Marcus runs strong discovery, and he's never closed a deal this size. Ask him what has to be true for Brightwater to sign this quarter. If he can't name who signs, that's the gap, and his commitment is a meeting with that person by Friday.

Keep your best rep

Management OSGood evening, Dana, it's Management OS. How may I help you today?
DanaLeo just told me he's talking to a competitor. He's my best rep.
Management OSPulling up Leo.checkingTwo things changed for him this year. His territory shrank in July, and his quota went up eighteen percent. Talk to him first thing tomorrow, before anything else, and mostly listen. Want help with how to open?
DanaYes.
Management OSTell him specifically what he means to this team. Ask what changed for him, then let him talk. Hold any counter-offer for now. Agree on when you'll come back to him, and keep that date. Want the notes by text?
DanaYes, send them.

Decide between two finalists

Dana, voice note0:08Two finalists for my first sales manager. Sam interviews better, Priya has the stronger numbers. How do I decide?
Management OS, voice note0:18Decide on outcomes. Write the five results this manager has to deliver in twelve months, weight them, and score both finalists against the evidence. Then test what interviews miss. Run a coaching role-play, give feedback, have each run it again, and score the improvement.

Decide what to stop doing

Dana, voice note0:01What should I stop doing?
Management OS, voice note0:18Last week you spent eleven hours in internal meetings, most of them deal reviews, and forty minutes in one-on-ones. Your managers bring you deals they can close themselves. Stop joining stage-two reviews, and give those hours to Ana and Chris, whose teams are furthest behind plan.
Three ways to talk to it

Think out loud or on paper.

Some leaders think best on paper. Many think best out loud. The answers come from the same system either way.

WhatsApp call

Call it from your phone

A live conversation. It knows who's calling and which company you run. You get the answer first, then the reason that matters and the move to make, and it hands the turn back. While it checks, it says what it's checking, so the line never goes quiet. Ask for the details and they arrive as a WhatsApp text.

Voice notes

Send a voice note

From your phone, laptop or tablet. It transcribes the note, answers from your data and replies with a voice note. Long answers come with the full text, so figures are easy to copy. Type a question and it types back.

In the app

Talk at your desk

Tap the mic in Ask Management OS, ask out loud and hear the answer read back. Type whenever typing is faster.

Same system, wherever you are

What answers you on the road is what runs your Desk.

Your data

Grounded in your stack

It answers from your CRM and the stack you've connected: calendar, email, meeting recorders and enrichment. When it doesn't have something, it says so. It's built not to guess at numbers. No training on customer data.

Your standard

Coaching with a method

It coaches with the same method that scores your deals and builds your coaching briefs, the Opportunity OS rubric and the 17 sales competencies, applied the same way on the highway as on the Desk.

Your follow-through

Details by text

It texts you the details when you ask and keeps the thread for the next question. The morning brief and the alerts keep running in the background.

Why it's different

Most voice tools in sales do one job.

Log itSpeak a note and it lands in the CRM.
Look it upAsk a data question inside an app.
Rehearse itRun a practice role-play.

Management OS answers from your data and coaches to a standard in the same conversation, in time for the moment in front of you.

As of October 2026, we haven't found another product that combines a live voice conversation over WhatsApp, answers from your CRM and wider stack, and coaching on your deals and your people.

Set up

Three steps, then talk.

  1. Start your trial and connect your CRM.
  2. In Settings, connect WhatsApp with your number and a one-time code.
  3. Save the Management OS contact. Call it from your phone or send a voice note from any device.

It answers only numbers connected to a workspace. Anyone else gets directions to Settings and none of your data. The providers involved are on our sub-processor list.

Questions

Before you talk to it.

Is voice an add-on?

No. Every Management OS package includes voice, with no per-minute charges.

Which devices does it work on?

Calls work from WhatsApp on an iPhone or Android phone. Voice notes work from any device that runs WhatsApp, including a laptop or tablet. In the app, the mic works in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox.

Do I need a special WhatsApp account?

No. You use the WhatsApp you already have: connect your number in Settings and confirm it with a one-time code.

What does it do beyond reporting the numbers?

It tells you what to do about them: how to frame a board ask, what to avoid in a client meeting, who to reach next at an account, how to coach a rep through a deal, how to decide between two candidates and what to stop doing yourself. Every answer starts from the data you've connected.

What if it doesn't know?

It says so and offers the nearest thing it can do. It's built not to guess at a number, a name or a date.

Who can reach my data through it?

Only people whose number is connected to your workspace. An unknown number hears how to connect, and nothing else.
